 Monticello High School has an extremely committed and focused staff.  We have a full time Guidance Counselor and Director of Pupil Services and offer a program for students with special educational needs. The school also offers a number of programs such as a school to work youth internship program which is open upper-classmen, a renaissance program, which encourages student achievement and responsibility, an active student council, and a wide variety of clubs and athletics.

 Monticello High School operates a conventional eight period daily schedule with each period 43 minutes in length. School starts at 8:05 A.M. and runs to 3:15 P.M. with a 30 minute lunch break and a 24 minute homeroom/ meeting time.
