We have teamed up with Bridging Brighter Smiles to provide our students with oral hygiene services right at school!

The Bridging Brighter Smiles Program Provides:

  • Oral Screenings

  • Dental Cleanings

  • Fluoride Varnish (decay prevention)

  • Dental Sealants (cavity prevention)

Enrollment is open to all students in the District.  To enroll, please click on the enrollment form to review student coverage information and complete the one page enrollment form.  Copies of the forms are also available in the school office.  Forms may be returned to the school office.

Bridging Brighter Smiles accepts the Forward Health (Badger Care) card.
