Parents....
We would like to keep information about school organizations current, but we can't do it without you.
Here's how you can help:
If your organization maintains a website, please give us the link to post.
Please furnish the names and contact information of your officers along with meeting information and other items parents should know.
Provide flyers or other documents that we can either post or adapt to fit our web page requirements.
We have a special page for information about fund raisers. This would be especially helpful when parents need to contact the school because they don't have correct forms or deadline information.
Photos will keep our website and your organization's image fresh and appealing. Please take photos and send them to us. This will help showcase the great work you are doing!
A final word....Please give us enough advance notice to post your information. A good rule of thumb is to submit information at least one week ahead of your event or deadline. We want to have enough time to do our best work.
If your information is not in a form that is easy to email, send it to the District Office, attention Denise.
