Thanks for Miri, Milo, Tyler, and Hunter for representing Monticello Schools student athletes at the WIAA Student Leadership Summit in Stevens Point. #Ponyproud
Sam, Raife, and Aaryk are wrapping up their time at State FBLA today. They competed in Entrepreneurship and Advertising, visited a news station and car museum, met with other HS leaders, and attended a college fair. They represented Monticello well! #PonyProud
Last week Better Brodhead came to the high school Flex and Focus. They shared with us a simulation of distracted driving. It was eye opening for sure. Thank you!
The FBLA shoe drive has completed, and WOW, did our kids and community turn out!! Once packed up we will have collected nearly 1,200 pairs of shoes! Our thanks goes out to everyone who donated and spread the word. Also, the results are in, and the classes that brought in the most shoes were the 5th grade class in the elementary, and the 7th grade class in the middle school. They will be getting ice cream treats delivered in the next couple weeks. Special recognition to the 2nd graders, who were so close to the 5th graders that we will be bringing them ice cream treats too! Again, thanks to all for participating.

It is our day to give back to our community! Let us know what you need!
We are incredibly proud of Molly and her application for this rural scholarship. Her story reflects the opportunities, support, and dedication that define our school. This is just one example of what makes education and the sense of community at Monticello Schools so special.
But her story is just one of many. We are proud of all of our students and the futures they are building.
Please remember to vote on April 7th as we continue investing in the success of our students and our community.
💪🏃♂️➡️Please note the fitness center hours for Spring Break...
🙂The 8th graders had a field trip to Vortex Optics in Barneveld for middle school career day.
Here are a few more photos of the 6th graders' career day. 🤝🧠🕰️
For middle school career day 6th graders worked on activities that taught them career "soft skills" like teamwork🤝, critical thinking🧠, and time management🕰️.
🤓For middle school career day, the 7th graders had the opportunity to listen to volunteer speakers from a personal chef to an aeronautical engineer to a plumbing apprentice and more... 💙Thank you to our speakers for taking time out of their day!

🌷🌞What a beautiful first day of spring!! Hope you can enjoy it as much as the Pony!
Pi Day Fun!
The elementary students have been learning about all things "PI" in celebration of Pi Day, which was March 14th. Each class had a math challenge that led up to Pi Day! Today we had a celebration in which the winning student from each class was able to "pie" a brave staff member! There were a lot of laughs. 😄🥧
🎉Congratulations to Molly Olson for being named 1st Team All-State and to Heidi Olson for being named Honorable Mention All-State by the WBCA for Division 4!👏 #PonyProud #StallionStrong https://www.boundwisconsin.com/p/wbca-announces-2026-division-4-girls-basketball-all-state-team
